In the production of Malbuner and the other brands and meat products of Ospelt Group, the controllers of E&B Räuchertechnologien are being used to run and fine-tune meat smoking. More than 45 controllers are installed at the 3 sites in Weite, Sargans and Bendern. Together, the 1800 employees generate production and sales of around CHF 700 million every year.
