The PLATIUM

With the new Platium, we guarantee reliable, safe operation around the clock. With memory functions for up to 99 programs with 99 steps each, you can save each recipe individually. A program does not necessarily have to be controlled by time. Core temperature, F-value or Delta-T specifications are also possible. The initial and final values for the operating and core temperature are freely programmable. The remaining working time for the running process can be changed during the program run. You can manage the programs conveniently on your computer.

What can the Platium do

In the event of a power interruption, the current data is stored. After the power is switched on again, the device continues to operate in the interrupted program. Further monitoring criteria are: Operating temperature, humidity and core temperature sensors. In the background, we continuously check the program contents using checksums. In this way, we always guarantee the same products.

Relay board with 32 relays, 32 RC elements, optocouplers and connector strip for wiring to peripherals.

Control panel

Plastic front panel with 21 keys incl. embossing. 1 LCD colour screen for displaying all data required for operation and maintenance. The dialog is also available with an additional language in German.

Low-voltage section

Logic board with CPU structure, slots for RAM and Flash-E-PROM, as well as a current loop interface for measurement data acquisition and a USB interface, for up- and download of programs and program versions via USB stick, and a 15-pin connector with analog outputs.
